A message from Anna:

Hello, my name is Anna, and I’ve been practising yoga for 27 years, and teaching for 7 of those years. My journey with yoga began as a personal exploration, and over time, it has evolved into both a discipline and a lifestyle.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, focusing on aligning breath with movement to create a harmonious flow within the body. Through these practices, I’ve learned the profound connection between breath and body—something I emphasize in my teachings.

For me, yoga is much more than physical postures; it’s about cultivating mindfulness, deepening self-awareness, and finding balance in every aspect of life. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I strive to create a welcoming space where we can explore the body’s potential while nurturing the breath, ultimately cultivating inner peace and strength.
